We invite you to cooperate with the specialized editions of the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

Collection of scientific works ODABA Bulletin publishes articles that contain new theoretical and practical results in the field of construction and civil engineering and have not been published before.

The purpose of the edition is to spotlight the actual problems of the construction industry and how to solve them with the help of fundamental and applied research, new scientific approaches to the development of materials, structures and technologies, analysis of the economic aspects of the construction industry. The solution of the above-mentioned tasks is possible only with the close cooperation with the construction industry.

The object of the edition is publication of scientific research materials on the perspective directions of fundamental science, actual applied developments, implementation of innovative projects, in accordance with the needs of the construction industry, in the field of building structures, building materials and technologies, hydraulic engineering and transport construction, engineering networks and equipment, bases and foundations, technology and organization of construction. Exchange of scientific ideas, methodology of research and practical achievements. Providing informational field for panel discussion of new theories, researches.

The collection of scientific works is included in the List of Scientific Professional Editions of Ukraine (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1643 dated Desember 28, 2019 (Category B)), where the results of dissertations, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, doctoral students, postgraduates, lecturers, students of higher educational institutions and practitioners in the field of «Construction and Architecture».

The journal has been assigned the International Number of Scientific Periodicals ISSN 2415-377X (Print).

From 2016 the collection of scientific works is included in the international scientific-methodical base of the Index Copernicus.

Articles are published in English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Frequency of the publication ‒ 4 times a year (March, June, September, December).

 

Review of articles

Reviewing of articles is produced independently by two Doctors of Engineering Science or a PhD, if a co-author is a Doctor of Sciences or Professor. One of the reviewers is required to be a Ukrainian or a foreign member of the Editorial Board of the collection of works.

Reviewer in written or electronic form, presents the review to the Editorial Board which confirms compliance with the requirements of article, comments and a conclusion about acceptance of the article for publication or its rejection. Review form is given below, it contains the criteria by which the article is accepted or rejected.

For authors the review is anonymous, the names of reviewers are not disclosed in the editions of the collection. The deadline is in less than two weeks.

The comments of the reviewers to be corrected and forwarded to the author by the responsible Secretary of the collection. Author's response and the revised paper is again sent to the reviewer. The article can be published only if there are two positive reviews.
